In 2022, I had the privilege of creating a captivating mural for Oh My Days Coffee Shop's grand reopening to the public. Following an extended lockdown period, Oh My Days sought to provide a fresh and inviting atmosphere where customers could once again enjoy a cup of coffee in the company of friends.
During the creative process, I focused on infusing the mural with vibrant and welcoming colours, while maintaining a clean white background, as requested.
A deliberate design choice was giving the character a blue skin tone. This decision was made to symbolize and celebrate the diverse array of individuals who frequent the coffee shop.
Irrespective of one's background, origin, or appearance, Oh My Days is a haven where everyone can find solace, feel at ease, and embrace their true selves.
